Vincent Chan

Mr. Chan has a vast amount of trial experience as the first chair in various jury and bench trials in State and Federal Courts and arbitration experience covering all areas of commercial, business, and real estate litigations. Coupled with his dual-bar membership in New York and California, he incorporates his extensive practice advising clients on motion preparations, mediations, settlement discussions, dispositive motions, and pre-trial resolution of the matters, if possible or desired. Mr. Chan also does appellate work at the State and Federal level overturning numerous trial court decisions as well as preserving trial court decisions on appeal. In his spare time, he enjoys riding motorcycles and discovering fine cuisines throughout the region.
