Gene Shioda

 

Gene Shioda serves as co-counsel providing his expertise to effectively strategize, negotiate, and bring forth a resolution to cases. Mr. Shioda primarily works on high-value and high-risk cases in conjunction with our office and with over 20 years of experience, he provides practice and client-focused advice to ensure meritorious and favorable results. Mr. Shioda’s in-depth trial, arbitration, mediation, and settlement conference experiences and knowledge have resulted in a vast number of substantial settlements and judgments in favor of our clients.

He focuses his practice on real estate, business, and employment, and labor litigation. He served as trial counsel for a large number of trials and arbitrations. Mr. Shioda has a unique and exceptional ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with the judges, arbitrators, mediators, opposing counsels, and jury. He also has a keen ability to explore and engage in crucial witness examinations in the trial setting as well.

During his free time, Mr. Shioda enjoys attending legal seminars and trial camps.
