Gregory S. Kim
Mr. Kim specializes in a broad range of litigation areas, including commercial disputes, real estate, business, construction defect, insurance coverage, bad faith disputes, labor/employment matters, catastrophic personal injury, and intellectual property law. For over 20 years, he has been representing a broad range of clients against top rated national law firms with a high success rate. Vincent Chan
Mr. Chan has a vast amount of trial experience as the first chair in various jury and bench trials in State and Federal Courts and arbitration experience covering all areas of commercial, business, and real estate litigations. Coupled with his dual-bar membership in New York and California, he incorporates his extensive practice advising clients on motion preparations, mediations, settlement discussions, dispositive motions, and pre-trial resolution of the matters, if possible or desired. Mr. Chan also does appellate work at the State and Federal level overturning numerous trial court decisions as well as preserving trial court decisions on appeal. In his spare time, he enjoys riding motorcycles and discovering fine cuisines throughout the region.

Gene Shioda serves as co-counsel providing his expertise to effectively strategize, negotiate, and bring forth a resolution to cases. Mr. Shioda primarily works on high-value and high-risk cases in conjunction with our office and with over 20 years of experience, he provides practice and client-focused advice to ensure meritorious and favorable results.
